You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
IPlanDate provides AI-generated date ideas, plans, and message suggestions based on content you submit.
IPlanDate is not a dating platform and does not connect users with one another.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. Outputs are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or success of any suggestion. You are solely responsible for your actions and communications.
You agree not to upload unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to upload any content you submit to the Service.
The Service may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Pricing and billing terms are disclosed at the time of purchase.
Purchases may automatically renew unless canceled through your device’s app store settings. We do not manage cancellations or refunds directly.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Two Palms Software LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
